One of the best ways to experience Southern California is by spending a sunny day at the beach with classmates, teachers, and friends — precisely what’s coming up at LSI’s Annual Beach Party & Volleyball Tournament 2025!
Our Academic Calendar is showing it, and officially, our Summer has started! WOW!
This year’s party will take place at the iconic Huntington Beach, bringing together all three campuses for a full day of sports, games, food, and unforgettable fun.
Once again, the volleyball tournament will be the main event! Each campus will train hard to build the strongest team in the weeks leading up to the big day. With South Bay and OC campuses so close to the ocean, they might have a slight home-court advantage, but every team is expected to bring the heat! Only one campus will take home the trophy.
After the tournament, students will cool off and recharge with a picnic lunch featuring sandwiches, fruits, chips, and cold drinks—perfect for a hot beach day.
Then it’s time for the fan favorites: water games! Students will gather by the shore for tug-of-war and beach relay races—a fun (and splashy!) way to stay cool and compete with friends.
