Job Description

As an ESL Instructor, you’ll empower diverse learners to excel in English. You’ll teach in our Intensive English Program for adults, fostering effective communication skills. We offer part-time roles with flexible hours, and we conduct ongoing interviews to meet our growing needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in TESOL or related field.
  • If your degree is in a different field, a TESOL Certificate with 100+ hours (online certificates accepted).
  • Background in language instruction, with TESOL certification, linguistics coursework, or related teaching experience.
  • Proven experience teaching ESL or a foreign language in an educational setting.

Benefits

  • Starting at $20 – $21 per hour based on experience and relevant educational background.
  • Annual performance-based raises.
  • Up to two weeks of fully paid vacation annually for qualified instructors (part-time & full-time).
