What are the requirements to change visa status to F-1

  • Documents Required:
  • LSI application
  • Copy of passport
  • Copy of current visa
  • Copy of current I-94
  • Bank statement (minimum of $8,100 for 6 months of study or $16,200 for 1 year of study)
  • Proof of highest education attended
  • Payment:
  • Processing fee: $250 (non-refundable)
  • SEVIS fee: $350
