What is the amount of financial proof I must provide to the school to issue the I-20 form?

You must provide financial documentation that proves your ability to pay tuition and fees and to support yourself financially in the United States for the time you plan to study.


You must demonstrate that you have a minimum of $8,100.00 USD for six months of study. A minimum of $16,200.00 USD is required for twelve months of study. If you have dependents, you will need to include an additional amount of $2,100.00 USD for six months per person or $4,200.00 USD for 12 months per person.


If you want to extend your studies for longer, no new financial proof will be necessary, and no additional fee will be charged.


IMPORTANT: The amount noted above is in US dollars (USD), however, you can send your financial statement in your local currency with the balance equivalent to USD according to the exchange rate of the day.

Yes, with a tourist visa, you can enroll in our Vacation English Program for 4 weeks, with the option to extend for an additional 8 weeks, for a total duration of up to 12 weeks. Our Vacation English classes are held from Monday to Wednesday, with a total of 15.5 hours per week.

$100 for FedEx (express mail) – Optional. If this option is not selected, you can choose an alternative method to collect the documents. In such case, you are entirely responsible for collecting the documents.

Total fees: $700.00 USD (Including optional SEVIS and FedEx fee)

NOTE: If you have any dependents (children or spouse in a legal marriage), a non-refundable processing fee of $250 per dependent is required. The program tuition for your course must be paid by the first day of class, with a minimum duration of 12 to 13 weeks.

The I-20 form is a required document for applying for a student visa to the United States. It verifies that you are enrolled in an approved program at an accredited U.S. school.

Yes! You can complete the entire enrollment process directly with the school, without hiring any
agencies. Our team will guide you through each step of the student visa application process.

We also have staff members who speak Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, French,
Korean, and several other languages to assist you.

All program tuition is due on the first day of class. For programs with an F1 student visa, you must make the initial payment for a 12/13-week period. After that, you can choose to pay on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis.

For the Vacation English Program (tourist visa), you have the option to make weekly, monthly or quarterly payments.

You can choose the option that best suits your needs.

It is your full responsibility to request the renewal of your I-20, as it does not renew automatically. To initiate the renewal, visit your school’s office with your original I-20 approximately 15 days before its expiration date. Once your new I-20 is prepared, you will receive an email notification to pick it up at the front desk. A financial statement is not required.

Students on an F-1 visa are eligible to request 2 months of vacation for every 6 months of
full-time study. Vacation periods are granted only to students holding a valid student visa.

Purchasing health insurance or travel insurance is not required, but we highly recommend that you obtain coverage from your home country to be prepared for any potential situations.

Regular Program (4 Days a Week: Monday–Thursday)

Morning: Monday–Thursday, 8:45 AM – 1:15 PM
Afternoon: Monday–Friday, 1:45 PM – 5:15 PM
Evening: Monday–Thursday, 5:45 PM – 10:15 PM

For the Vacation Program, students attend classes Monday through Wednesday in accordance with visa regulations.

Two-Day Program
We also offer a Two-Day Program in which students attend two class periods per day — either Morning & Afternoon or Afternoon & Evening.

Note that program options and schedules may vary by location.

We provide free e-books for all students, and tablets are available to borrow at the front desk for use during class. Please remember to return the tablet at the end of your class.

Physical textbooks, however, are not included in the program fee. The cost of printed books
varies depending on the program and typically ranges from $100 to $140 per quarter.
