Applicants are required to provide proof of prior academic achievement as part of the admissions process: Undergraduate Applicants: Must submit an official copy of their high school diploma (or equivalent). Graduate Applicants: Must submit an official copy of their bachelor’s degree diploma (or equivalent).
4 Provide english proficiency proof

Does the university issue a new I-20?
Yes. Once your transfer or admission is processed, Western Covenant University will issue your new Form I-20. This document is essential to confirm your legal enrollment and allows you to live and study in the United States in full compliance with immigration regulations.
Can my SEVIS record be transferred from another institution?
Yes, it is absolutely possible to transfer your SEVIS record from another institution — whether it is an English language school, college, or university- to WCU.
The transfer process is simple. Our admissions team works directly with your current DSO to coordinate your SEVIS release and ensure there is no gap in your legal status during the transition.
Once your SEVIS transfer is completed, you will receive a new Form I-20 issued by WCU, reflecting the university as your new institution in the SEVIS system.
