What are the requirements to transfer to LSI?
- Application Form
- Transfer Form (available for completion at the school)
- Processing fee of $250 (non-refundable)
- Passport
- Valid F-1 visa (must be in your passport)
- I-94 form
- I-20 from your current school
- Bank statement
- Proof of highest level of education completed
- Tuition fee for a 12-week program
