Duties: To provide overall leadership and supervision of the admission’s department. Will be charged with redesigning and implementing admissions strategic planning for the purposes of reaching out to more agents and students. Will be responsible for hiring new team members and providing appropriate training to address admissions questions/issues both for agents and individual students. Will set financial goals for the Admissions Department to reach the student enrollment quota coming from agents. Will also oversee the agent and student recruitment process for the school through the coordination of marketing and sales campaigns. Must also oversee the Student Services branch and collaborate with the housing company in addressing any and all needs agents may have with respect to the recruitment process. Must coordinate and manage the Admissions and Student Services advisors to provide all the necessary and up-to-date information to prospective/current agents and students. Must also administer performance reports to be delivered monthly, quarterly, and on a yearly basis.
Requirements: Master of Science in Organizational Leadership or MBA. Also requires 6 months experience in the job offered or in Education Administration Salary and Hours: $84386 per year; Full-time 40 hour week
